Sometime there are stuff might not worth much as in a price, but worth millions for its sentimental value. As an example of that, the golden coin that I have which have a picture of shikeh Zayed Bin Sultan on one side and on the other side it says the fifth anniversary of the United Arab Emirates 1971-1976.
I wonder how many people still have this coin which went for sale by the central bank of UAE on year 1976 in a very limited edition.
A lot of people think that staying hungry is the answer for losing weight, believe it or not its very wrong. I’m not an expert or anything, it just happened that I like reading “a lot” about the subjects I’m interested in and I found that most idea’s that people do are wrong and they won’t work, lets see some examples of people mistakes.

alright, now we have all the stuff we need, I don’t have to tell you what they are for, because it’s kinda obvious. Now lets talk what you should eat and what you shouldn’t.
now we know what NOT to eat, so what we eat then ? Actually, the list is long, but lets stay simple and do the following diet.
the list above is only a little sample of what you can eat and I believe you won’t even feel hungry during the day and you’ll drop so much fat in a week or two + exercise.
Please note, the most important thing is to have protein. between 10 percent and 15 percent of your total calories should come from protein.

When someone come to you with excuses and you know that those excuses are just made up, you lose that respect to that someone. The dump type of people think they are smart, because they are dump, so stop that act of stupidity, at least people will respect you for who you are.
anyhoo, I went to the beach that day and it was fun, I actually took my wave-runner “jet ski” and my kayak, I had fun on kayak more than the jet-ski, its hard and hurts, but fun.
Lot of people think its easy to drop the jet-ski on water and hard to take it up again, actually its the opposite, very easy to take it up from water, kinda annoying to take it down.
Pushing so hard !!! lets see what P90X do. . . not much apparently lol, Also I was thinking I’m gonna go get my Kayak too.
My mood today been around Final Fantasy theme songs to beautiful orchestra’s, basically Japanese. There is nothing more peaceful than a great orchestra song that reminds you of your best time you spent with your friends playing and enjoying every second of it.

One of my favorite cartoon when I was a kid is Thunder cat, they looked cool, owned great looking car and they defeat evil, what more can you ask!?
I was subprised there is a new movie called Thunder Cat !! I checked the trailer on youtube and I was shoucked, the movie looks horrible , looks like it was make in the 90′s. I was so disappointed

I usually hang out in this place, very relaxing and specially when the weather is clear, the mountains looks so amazing.
oh right, we had some guests visiting, but I liked their way of transport
I always wanted to fly one of those, but I think it’s not easy as it looks. I’ve been in this particular one couple of times and the it doesn’t have lots of stuff and buttons, but still scares me to try flying it.
cockpit doesn’t look scary to be honest, but I usually suck at RC ones, so I’m not going to fly the real one “Just Yet”
I used to like the Vertu mobiles because of ites uniqnes “Not anymore”, its design and the luxury of combination of titanium and fine leather.
I’ve been using Vertu mobile phones for about five to six years now and used many different types, from the ascent to constellation to signature, but as they always say beauty hurts and I’ll tell you why in a second.
The mobile looks great, of course because it cost more than 40 000 Dirhams or 15 000$. There are cheaper models, not this! but does it worth this amount? hmm lets see
I have to be honest, the metal never scratched, screen looks great as always, I bought this model for two years I guess and it still shine, But . . .
The leather will look like this after a short period, depends how you take care of it, my mobile is older than my brother’s Vertu, but lets look at his
The trick is never place the Vertu on its back when you are in a restaurant or home or anywhere ! When you place it on its face, don’t worry about the screen, it will never get scratched and the leather will live longer.
You always can change the leather, but it will cost you some thousands.
When you need to remove the battery cover, you’ll need a special key that comes in a box, using key to open a battery cover is a nice touch by Vertu, but its annoying .. actually I lost all my keys lol, I use a coin or my nail sometime, but be careful, long nail can be broken easily !!
Major problem with Vertu is the battery. It is the worst I ever saw and used, it can be done with couple of hours or 30-60 mins talking and sometime less. When the battery is new, it last longer, but after couple of months, forget it. I’ve been using several vertu’s in the past 5-6 years and the problem still exist with them all. look at the battery how thin, and you’ll understand why.
I’m not sure if this problem is a major or not, but it happens with my current phone, on the picture, I actually removed the sim, but sometime I get this message even when sim is in. Annoying ..
Finally, there are millions of fake vertu’s allover the world now, and they look exactly like the original, but I still can tell the different .
That’s what in my mind for now I guess there are much more, but I never cared about the fake ones only to catch my friends when they use one haha.
I’ve been to Germany couple of times, I actually like it there, and had god memories about the place, I do have several pictures I took and want to share it.

I’m not a big fan of antique, but some are great to have for the historical value or a historical character who owned that antique long time ago.
I was kind off attached to the English history and wanted to own something special, such as an old British pound, but I found something even better. I went to auction for an old shilling 1697. this Shilling was in a box in a ship that was sailing from England to the English Colony on North America, but the ship was drawn. On 1700′s they recovered the treasure box from the ship and my coin was one of them.
