People used to have a very simple life around here, the Arabian Gulf was a place where people only have what they need and if they had an extra, they will share with neighbours and people in-need. Just opposite of today, where people are greedy andenvious.
We all loved the past, sometime we want to create one, and that what we did.

Finally, love the past live the present and think about the future, that’s the only way.
I know everyone got his Ipad by now, but its still not late to talk about it, I have been playing with it since yesterday and would like t share couple of stuff that I found interesting about Ipad.
First of all, its a very fun and useful gadget, people say its just a bigger version of the Iphone, actually its not. you can’t make a phone call from your Ipad .. lol but the screen is much bigger and clearer and the browsing is really nice, I also don’t mind watching a movie on bed on my Ipad.
The games are really nice, but expensive. a racing game is about 9.99$ that’s a lot for Ipad/Ipod game to be honest.
If you own your Ipad now, you will not be able to view the Itune marketplace, because its not yet release in this region and therefore you won’t be able to view the marketplace, but you can buy games or whatever from PC and move them to your Ipad.
For people who have problem with Ipad 3G in UAE
I insert my micro simcard today and always get a problem connecting to the internet, an error massege says “Could not activate cellular data network”.
Go to Setting, Cellular Data “now, on your right hand” APN Settings
In APN type “etisalat.ae” and you are done.
The reason I bought the Ipad is to view my personal pictures and to view my pictures I take in my holidays, as you can see from the picture above, the pictures in Ipad are in full screen, very neat.

Sometime there are stuff might not worth much as in a price, but worth millions for its sentimental value. As an example of that, the golden coin that I have which have a picture of shikeh Zayed Bin Sultan on one side and on the other side it says the fifth anniversary of the United Arab Emirates 1971-1976.
I wonder how many people still have this coin which went for sale by the central bank of UAE on year 1976 in a very limited edition.
A lot of people think that staying hungry is the answer for losing weight, believe it or not its very wrong. I’m not an expert or anything, it just happened that I like reading “a lot” about the subjects I’m interested in and I found that most idea’s that people do are wrong and they won’t work, lets see some examples of people mistakes.
Mr Owl have a big belly, so he do crunch exercises everyday so he have a straight abdominal. The answe is Mr Owl is stupid, because you can’t lose fat in the area you choose. You have to lose weight in general to have the perfect abdominal.
Mr opo-opo is doing exercises everyday and he don’t eat much so he can lose fat faster. Mr opo is also dump because when the body don’t have enough food to burn, it start eating into muscles.
If you want to start exercising and do a propper diet, I’ll suggest the following items, they are not a must, but very nice to have.
Scale that tells you your weight and fat% “available in pharmacies”
heart beat watch and calories burn
protein shake – as a recovery drink or just for protein “I’m using Whey double chocolate”
alright, now we have all the stuff we need, I don’t have to tell you what they are for, because it’s kinda obvious. Now lets talk what you should eat and what you shouldn’t.
stop eating junk food “mcdonald’s, burger king, pizza hut, KFC..etc” all junk food are basicly deep fried, very bad for your health, I used to eat mcdonalds every night, I started to look like k3bool, glad I fixed that!
No soda pops, pepsi, coca cola, they are full with sugar.
Avoid white bread and white rice, replace them with whole grain bread.
Always look for low fat – milk, cheese, yoghurt and even mayonnaise.
now we know what NOT to eat, so what we eat then ? Actually, the list is long, but lets stay simple and do the following diet.
2 white eggs – skimmed or low fat milk, cereal “not flavoured or sugared” OR protein shake with banana or berries in a blender.
have a little snack before lunch, such as protein bar or some viggie such as baby carrot, up to 10 little pieces if you did not have enough breakfast.
chicken breast or turkey sandwich for lunch with big bottle of Pepsi … I’m kidding!! drink water and lots of it ..
small snack such as handful of almonds or nuts “don’t eat much of them” – fruit, apple, banana or orang.
dinner, also chicken breast, salamon or grilled lean meat – steak with some vegetable on a side
the list above is only a little sample of what you can eat and I believe you won’t even feel hungry during the day and you’ll drop so much fat in a week or two + exercise.
Please note, the most important thing is to have protein. between 10 percent and 15 percent of your total calories should come from protein.

When someone come to you with excuses and you know that those excuses are just made up, you lose that respect to that someone. The dump type of people think they are smart, because they are dump, so stop that act of stupidity, at least people will respect you for who you are.
anyhoo, I went to the beach that day and it was fun, I actually took my wave-runner “jet ski” and my kayak, I had fun on kayak more than the jet-ski, its hard and hurts, but fun.
Lot of people think its easy to drop the jet-ski on water and hard to take it up again, actually its the opposite, very easy to take it up from water, kinda annoying to take it down.
Pushing so hard !!! lets see what P90X do. . . not much apparently lol, Also I was thinking I’m gonna go get my Kayak too.
My mood today been around Final Fantasy theme songs to beautiful orchestra’s, basically Japanese. There is nothing more peaceful than a great orchestra song that reminds you of your best time you spent with your friends playing and enjoying every second of it.
Another great song with a guitar was Distance Worlds, first interduced in Final Fantasy XI, this song bring lots of memories, but what a wonderful music .
It is great to see people from your country do such adventure in an extreme environment. Elham Al Qasimi is the first Emirati to do this expedition.
well, I always wanted to do such thing, but opportunity never came up.
“Impossible seems to fade into nothing”, this teaches me to bring up the opportunities and not wait for them, and face the challenges, because you’ll never know until you try.
One of my favorite cartoon when I was a kid is Thunder cat, they looked cool, owned great looking car and they defeat evil, what more can you ask!?
I was subprised there is a new movie called Thunder Cat !! I checked the trailer on youtube and I was shoucked, the movie looks horrible , looks like it was make in the 90′s. I was so disappointed
